Abstract Ceramic Sculptures

My Abstract Ceramic Sculptures are organic abstract forms, fired and experimentally glazed, sometimes burnished. I am not the only one working in clay who has been tempted to mold "creatures" out of mud, or invent mythical objects.  Another source of my inspirations for my larger abstract sculptures is an attempt to substitute the physical connection to a live body during infancy. These forms are  sensual, intimate, vulnerable, and mystical,  slightly crossing over and operating in the Twighlight Zone.
